The very spicy, yet very delicious Dynamite Chicken. These little bits of shrimp explode flavor and spice as you chow them down. Very really good, despite the spicyness.
The Northern Style Ribs with 5 spice salt. Very good way to start the meal with.

Mr. Rodriguez, the man behind PF Chang's in the Philippines.
The Legend himself, Mr. Philip Chang. The man behind the recipes and the great restaurant. He's a really down to earth guy, and very insightful.
