Justin Beaver: Scramble

Scramble is the a great way to cool yourself down on hot days. Here in the Philippines, Scramble is alternate to favorites such as Ice Cream and Halo-Halo. It's simply crushed ice with some flavoring, topped with your choice of the toppings. One peculiar place we found was Justin Beaver. A weird name, no doubt, but does it get good ratings. Here it is.

Several Scramble flavors to choose from. Mango, Strawberry, Melon, Buko Pandan, Ube and Three Seasons :)

THE VERDICT

He Says: Okay. This was a shocker. Love and I have our favorite Scramble place, and this just might be another one. It's surprising, 'cause you wouldn't think that it would be good. I was wrong. Their Buko Pandan Scramble was very good. It's a little messy to eat, but I like it. It really captures that Buko Pandan taste. Their Original was good too. Something to try.

Rating: 9/10

She Says: The fact that it's walking distance from my place gets it plus points! For only 17pesos, you can already get a big serving of scramble with your favorite toppings! Also, the different flavors make it a lot more interesting. I;m thinking of giving the others a try when I get back ;)

Rating: 10/10
