Simply Pastries: Ferrero Cheesecake

We finally hit the 2-year mark in our relationship and we decided that the first thing that we're gonna do was to eat lunch at Mimi's House. She prepared the usual lunch and ordered a Ferrero Cheesecake from Sidney Bascon, the owner of Simply Pastries.

THE VERDICT

He Says: I started picking on the Ferreros first. Haha. The cheesecake was pretty good, although I'm not a huge fan of cheese cakes. I don't eat a lot of cheesecakes, so I'm not sure if this is one of the best I've had. The ones I've only had so far are the ones from Starbucks and Red Bibbon, but Sidney's against theirs, it matches up pretty well. I found it a little salty for my liking, but Love said it isn't. Minus the slight saltiness, I'd say its good. The Chocolate isn't too sweet, but it isn't bland. Not bad. Maybe I'd like to try it again sometime.

She Says: I'm really not a fan of chocolate but I made this one an exception. It was the perfect balance of sweetness and saltiness. It's really rich so you have to take it in little portions. one of the best i've had :)
